1. No account required
Pawziq does not require you to create an account or sign in. There is no Pawziq cloud account to delete — the data described below is managed directly on your device, inside the app.
2. Delete data inside Pawziq
You can delete the data Pawziq stores directly from within the app, at any time, without contacting us.
To delete all Pawziq data:
- Open Pawziq.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Privacy Controls.
- Under "Data on this device", choose Delete all pet data.
- Confirm the deletion.
To delete one pet and its data:
Open My Pet, select the pet you want to remove, and choose Delete pet, then confirm. This removes that pet's profile and its associated data without affecting any other pet you may have added.
To clear Talk history only:
Pawziq also provides a separate Clear Talk history option in Settings → Privacy Controls, if you only want to remove your saved Talk To My Pet conversations without deleting anything else.
3. Data deleted
When you choose Delete all pet data, the applicable locally stored data and associated files managed by Pawziq are deleted, including:
- Pet profile information
- Pet profile image
- Translation/interpretation history
- Feedback data
- Saved media analyses and associated locally stored media
- Saved cues / training data
- Game-related local data
- Talk history
- Paw Streak entries
- Paw Streak notes
- Paw Streak photos stored by Pawziq
- Planner reminders and occurrences
When you delete an individual pet, the data associated specifically with that pet is deleted. Deleting one pet does not delete data belonging to your other pets.
4. Data that may not be controlled by in-app local deletion
Some information may be processed transiently by third-party service providers when you use Pawziq's online features. Pawziq currently uses service providers for functionality such as AI-generated pet conversations and pet questions, AI voice generation, AI-powered media analysis, and advertising services.
We are not able to make specific promises about how long each provider retains information it processes on its own systems. Their handling of data is subject to that provider's own practices and to Pawziq's Privacy Policy, available at https://ogvibeapps.com/pawziq/privacy-policy/.
5. Request help with data deletion
Because Pawziq does not use user accounts, most Pawziq-managed local data can be deleted directly in the app using the steps above. If you'd like help with privacy or data deletion, you can contact us at support@ogvibeapps.com. Please don't send us sensitive information unless it's necessary to help with your request.
Please note that because Pawziq has no account system or server-side user profile, OG VIBE APPS cannot remotely erase local data stored on your device — deletion of on-device data is performed using the in-app options described above, or by uninstalling the app.
6. Uninstalling Pawziq
Uninstalling Pawziq removes the app-managed local data from your device, according to Android's normal app-storage behavior. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete information that may have already been processed by third-party service providers, as described in Section 4 above.
